    .... leaders used to waylay the messengers of rivals to keep an eye on what they were up to...how is this different?

    Of course other countries want to know what we're up to, just as we want to know what other countries are up to, and the 'Net is a way of finding out.

    Remember, it's usually cheaper to steal something than develop it yourself, just ask the Russians!

    With the Off shoring of IT not seeming to loose momentum it's only a matter of time where this information will become easier to hack. About as stupid as selling uranium to the French only to have it rain down as fallout during the atoll testing.
