Aust ISP OzEmail replaces CEO

High profile Internet Service Provider OzEmail has appointed chief operating officer Malcolm Smith as managing director, replacing the incumbent chief executive officer, Justin Milne.

OzEmail announced Smith's appointment in a statement this morning which did not include any further details about the reason for Milne's departure. An OzEmail spokesperson was not immediately available to comment further on the matter.

Smith is quoted in the statement as saying "Justin has done a terrific job as CEO, and we wish him the very best for the future.

"OzEmail is a successful, profitable business today - thanks to the contribution of the whole OzEmail team - and we look forward to growing the business".
