Two Australian industry experts in IT Training and Certification have joined forces to offer a more comprehensive training company.

EDUCOM Holdings has acquired the business and intellectual property of Global Knowledge Networks and Educom Australia. Staff from both companies have been retained to assist in the merging of the two companies without losing customers or expertise.

"The development of EDUCOM allows us to better meet our clients needs by providing a more comprehensive training offering," said Tony Paola, Chief Executive Officer of EDUCOM Holdings. "This ranges from desktop application to high-level vendor IT Training and Certification."

"A major benefit to our clients is that EDUCOM enables corporate training requirements to be met through a single point-of-contact which simplifies the training acquisition process," he added.
