Wollongong Uni seeks CIO?

in brief An award-winning university is on the hunt for a chief information officer who has managed multi-million dollar IT budgets to be based in Wollongong.

The university has advertised for the AU$200,000 role, saying: "As a key member of the management team the CIO needs to address the university's business first and technology a close second."

The successful applicant will report to the university's Vice-Chancellor and oversee an IT team of over 100 managers, professionals and support staff.

A spokesperson for Wollongong University could not comment on the job search at press time.
