Hudson ICT has released its annual salary guide with information on salary ranges across the IT industry from senior managers to graduate developers.
Hudson noticed a reduction in roles for analyst programmers with skills in C, C++ and Visual Basic, but strong demand for support roles like help desk and desktop related skills. There has been steady demand for business analysts, analyst programmers, infrastructure professionals and IT managers.

Over half (57 per cent) of companies surveyed felt that it would be difficult to employ and find the right talent in 2010 as skills shortages re-emerge.
