GG opens Aussie Google HQ

The Governor-General, Quentin Bryce, officially opened Google's new Australian offices at a ceremony held in Sydney this morning.

The search giant also made announcements about transport options on Google Maps and a new deal with Fairfax to digitise its newspaper archives.

    Pikis great, But how about reality?
    Energy Efficiency?
    Environmental foot print?
    Plastic blow up reptiles? Is it also a child care center?
    Why not at least Australian endangered reptiles or don't the Chinese make these yet?
    Google, your IT products are great but is this all you could do when it comes to habitat?
