OroMailCenter, a multi-user e-mail management software, allows your agents to track and manage all requests received by e-mail from your customers. Your customers can be notified that you received their e-mail, by an automatic answer that can even include their request number. All agents share the same centralized database so they have access to all sent and received e-mails. Agents can also see previous customer queries using the history of communications available by a simple mouse click. By using OroMailCenter, you will be sure that your customers always receive an answer to their e-mails.
