MySpeed Server NOC Edition enables network operation centers (NOCs) to perform automated bandwidth tests from multiple remote systems, providing key information to analyze network performance, quickly locate areas of poor performance and troubleshoot service delivery problems. The NOC Edition consists of 2 components a Remote Test Agent (RTA) and NOC server. The RTA is a batch process designed to measure bandwidth and quality of service of specific network segments as part of an automated script process, results are logged to a central database on the Web server for review and analysis.

RTAs can be deployed in multiple strategic locations throughout a global enterprise network to continually measure and report on the capacity and quality of vital connections. The NOC server component supports RTA bandwidth testing and collects the test data in a central database. Speed tests may be HTTP or socket-to-socket. Version 5.3b may include unspecified updates, enhancements, or bug fixes.
