Intelligent Mailbook is 100% compatible with all e-mail messages composed and sent by other programs. You can import and export '.eml' e-mail files from and to other e-mail programs. Intelligent Mailbook has powerful automatic Tracking number ('support ticket') generation and processing - ideal for help desks and service departments!
