  1. No sound! Anonymous -- May 1 2005, 01.17

I have downloaded multiple songs with success - however I am not able to get sound from 80% of them - a useless program as far as I am concerned. I have e-mailed them three times in attempt to fix this program - the last e-mail asking for a refund to which they refuse to give at this point. I do not recommend this program to anyone.

  2. The demo doesn't let you print so it is useless for most applications. Anonymous -- April 30 2005, 23.26

  5. After-comment on ACT! 7.0 Andrew Szabo -- April 30 2005, 04.25

A follow-up on my previous coment: I'm having a fairly good experience using Outlook as my CRM, enhanced by a product from a Dutch firm called OpusFlow, which acts as an add-in to Outlook. It's quite fast. I could use any hints from out there about how to convert from ACT! 7.0 to Outlook. All ACT! offers by way of export is a comma-delimited text file, which is not too helpful. [One advantage of ACT that Outlook lacks is automatic time-date stamping of Notes; you can do this in Journal Notes, but it is awkward, and not quickly searchable.] Another possibility is to revert to ACT 5.0 or 6.0; the new 7.0 product performs so poorly that I'm afraid it threatens ACT's viability as on ongoing business.
