SimPanel is a multi-functional virtual control panel designer/emulator, significantly extending capabilities of SIEMENS SIMATIC S7-300/S7-400/HMI software in field of control systems real-time simulation on PC.

Using SimPanel together with native SIEMENS SIMATIC simulation software products such as S7-PLCSIM and WinCC flexible Runtime introduces following advantages to user: effective design of virtual operator control panels of any size containing HMI device and any number of electrical elements (lamps, buttons, switches); real-time debugging of designed virtual control panel together with virtual PLC (S7-PLCSIM software, multiple instances are also allowed) and HMI (WinCC flexible Runtime); fully functional launcher for WinCC flexible Runtime (showing functional Keys without CS environment), positioning it in a user-defined region within virtual control panel; on-the-fly connection/disconnection to any number of S7-PLCSIM instances; rapid project configuration in a single XML-formatted layout file; one-click layout activation/deactivation; multilanguage labels support; MATLAB Simulink blockset to synchronize SimPanel with running model; good resemblance to real equipment makes possible to use SimPanel as training application for working personnel.
