Publisher’s description

Predictive Shift Worker Calculator allows you to create a shift pattern between Sunday and Saturday of each week. It simplifies the task of multiple employees who undertake different shifts on different days over a period of time. The application allows you to choose a timeframe over which this weekly pattern is to be multiplied saving hours of admin time. A projection of anticipated costs associated to shift patterns can be calculated extremely quickly. The application allows one summary report of all employees and shifts to be generated and one breakdown report for each employee. Information held in the system can be used at any time to modify reports with making adjustments such as adding expense items or bonus payments and taking away for non-attendance etc. Specific reports or functionality can be requested to suit business requirements. This application is associated with a Web Service Data Collection System for collation of employee data over multiple sites. Specific reporting functionality can be requested to suit business requirements.
