Start up Wallpaper for iPhone and look for a nice wallpaper you want using the arrows and click the bottom left button. There you can choose to save it to your iPhone. If you want to share your own wallpapers, just click the bottom left button again and choose Upload wallpaper, then you can select any image from your photo library. You can also touch the picture anywhere to see its average rating and to rate the picture yourself. It is also possible to report an offending wallpaper, which will be moderated. You can also select a category from which to view wallpapers.
