1) Keeps track of the employee in an encrypted database on your own computer. 2) Input important employee data such as address, phone number or SS number. 3) Allows you to keep a detailed and concise record of your employees infractions and the complements. In addition, you will be able to print work history reports. 4) An annual report that can be printed and saved for reviewing your employee's past year of employment. 5) Provides a very handy tool for making and keeping track of you work place rules. You can add and edit rules paragraph by paragraph. You can then print them out for your employee and use them as a reference during an employee's review. 6) Automated remote back up service provided with the tool. A $20.00 / month service is included with the tool to allow you to remotely backup and store your encrypted databases on our servers.
