Exact logging will also help your doctor with the diagnosis to give you the right therapy. The following can be logged Day of headache, description of pain, triggers, pain severity and duration, treatment, and life impact. Get information about how often you already suffered form headaches, when was the last one or how often you had headaches in the current month.
