To sample how this narrow font looks in action vs. the regular Palm fonts, you can download the freeware Medical Mnemonics app from www.medicalmnemonics.com or www.pdamd.com. The app is a database application that organizes medical mnemonics for medical students, and other learners of health. It can also be seen running in Plucker, a suite of programs for offline HTML viewing, a free download from www.plkr.org.

Features of this font:

  • NarrowFont only takes between 65-75% of the width of the shipping PalmOS Font.
  • NarrowFont is standard PalmOS height so can be used in existing tables and formfields without having to modify the existing form layouts.
  • Full character set is included (including international), plus Euro symbol.
  • Zip contains uncompiled font description, ready to be used in be included as a custom font in either PRCTools toolchain or CodeWarrior.
  • A narrow fixed font is also included in the package.
