For those of you thinking about buying the Diamond TV by DS-Info software, be advised that it is a scam! Once you make a purchase, he sends you an email saying "Thank you for buying Diamond TV!" and then asks you to provide a device ID number from the demo program. You send him that ID and all he replies is he has no record of your payment! That is really weird since he originally wrote to thank you for buying it! I do not know what scam he is pulling but I suspect the ID code has personal information he can use to extort more money.
I have spent 2 days and exchanged 14 emails with this creep and even sent him my PayPal receipt, but he continues to refuse to send the unlock code. Stay away from this bozo and I would highly recommend removing the program as spyware!
Anyway, I am heading off to PayPal to try to get my money back from this creep.
Mike
Addendum: He asked questions that had been clearly answered in the reply to which he was responding so he must be pretty dense. When he realized I was on to his scam, he finally sent me an unlock code. Who knows if that code works since I refuse to run his spyware. Good luck to anyone who tries this software!
