Falco Icon Editor is a graphics tool to create, edit, and export icons. Key features includes loading from DLL/EXE, BMP, GIF (animated), PNG, JPEG, ANI, CUR, TARGA, PSD(Photoshop), TIFF, PCD(Kodak), and ICO files. Saving in JPEG, GIF(animated), PNG, BMP, ANI, CUR, TIFF, TARGA, and ICO formats. Unlimited undo/redo. Copy/paste in multiple windows. Paste from other image editors, such as MS paint. Pencil, line, text, rectangle, ellipse, filled rectangle, filled ellipse, fill tool, selection tool, color selection tool, lasso selection tool, and blur. Add/remove icons using various color depths. Effects: rotates, flips, shifts, contrast, brightness, invert colors, blur, grayscale, HLS adjustment, contour, contrast filter, high contrast filter, prewitt, sobel, laplas, and sharpen.
