Alive Organizer is a perfect solution, including all necessary features for efficient time management. If you are up to your eyes in numerous tasks, it is impossible to keep everything in mind. In this case Alive Organizer is what you need to organize either your working hours or private time in a simple and effective way. Manage your time, keep your contacts and passwords, write your blog, make notes and schedule tasks with personal organizer. The structure of the personal organizer is logical and convenient. The main features are displayed in the auto hiding Alive Organizer Tree: calendar, contacts, tasks, events, notes and blog; they are also vertically arranged on the left side of the application window. Probably the most vital feature of personal Alive Organizer is the task scheduling system, which allows setting task priority (low, medium, high or highest), time intervals, performance rate, status, related contacts and a number of other options. Task scheduling is fully customizable, as well as other features. By the way, the performance of the tasks is checked by task control system, which provides you with information on today's tasks, completed and overdue tasks. The tasks are displayed in the form of table, so that you can easily group and assort them. However, the default settings are tuned to provide the majority of users with maximum convenience. Due to the hierarchical structure of task management it is easy and quick to find certain tasks in subsections and to structure your activity on the basis of your major tasks. The contact folder for personal and work contacts contains such details as telephone numbers, e-mail addresses, birthday dates, and photos. As for other features, they are also very useful, such as the built-in four days' weather forecast, the integrated blog option, supporting various popular blog sites (Live Journal, Type PAD, Mod Blog.), password keeping system, RSS news feed and the integrated report wizard.
