Publisher’s description

STGuru converts between Simplified Chinese and Traditional Chinese at professional quality. It converts in all possible directions between Simplified and/or Traditional Chinese in GBK, Big5, UTF-8, Unicode, and Unicode BE. It supports edit area conversions, clipboard conversions, file/Web page/directory/site conversions as well as conversion for documents in special formats such as MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, and Trados TM. Besides, it is a convenient text editor by itself, and provides many useful editing tools (some specially designed for linguists), such as character/word count for text/file/folder, dual-edit-area editing, shell integration with Windows Explorer, professional-level find/replace and text batch replace, glossary management functions like line sorting, redundant line management, and phrase mergence, split and swap. It has an interesting profile management system that changes its overall layout magically.
