The Pictures Toolbar combines the functionality of the browser, the download manager and the image viewer inside the Internet Explorer. A single click on a button in the toolbar searches for and downloads pictures starting on the current web page. The toolbar lets you view and organize downloaded pictures inside the Internet Explorer.
