Opine-It allows users to comment and discuss any Web page or URL on the Internet, in orderly, centralized location. This plug-in for Internet Explorer allows you to right-click on a page and select "Opine-It!" to begin leaving comments for that URL. Webmasters can also utilize the Web site Icon to add an Opine-It link to their Web pages, giving their users the ability to comment and discuss the site's specific pages.
