Don't renew K J -- September 26 2008, 21.35

I installed this on a trial and found it to be really good. It had 6 months free from a leading magazine and at the end of it I decided to renew and pay my money. I had been happy with the program and wanted to continue. Well, I went through the process of handing over my $30au and that all she wrote?!!?? No answer, no key, no update no NOTHING. I tried to contact the magazine to find a contact as the phone number for support on the site is for some spinal pillow but got no answer from them too. Enjoy the trial but DONâ€™T get scammed by renewing.
