This small program makes a huge difference. Launch Express puts any program, document, or folder only one click away. It works with special folders that aren't really folders, such as My Computer or Control Panel, too. You do not need to browse through endless folders and scroll through files to find what you need. Simply click the system tray icon, press Win+Q, or use the mouse to select a program to launch or folder to open.
