Radmin (Remote Administrator) is a popular, award winning secure remote control software which enables you to work on a remote computer in real time as if you were using its own keyboard and mouse. You can remotely access the same computer from multiple places, using file transfer, text and voice chat, telnet, view only and full control mode with multiple monitor support in addition to other useful features. Radmin Viewer supports Intel AMT (Active Management Technology for PCs based on Intel vPro platform) and allows the manipulating of a remote computer even if it's turned off or you cannot start its operating system. Using Radmin Viewer you can turn on, restart and shut down the remote computer, access the BIOS settings of the remote computer, and boot it from a specified local CD or disk image file.

  1. Easy setup and has never let me down Anonymous -- October 21 2009, 12.25

Have used the program now for almost 4 years and was impressed with its simplicity of setup and the features it has. In the setup as long as you know your ip address and insure that your firewall is configured to allow the use of the port it uses you will have no problems.

  2. Beware of Radmin/Famatech Bill Jordan -- November 4 2008, 23.53

When I bought this product I thought the set up was fairly easy. As it turned out, that was ONLY when I was connecting to my desktop from my laptop on a shared router in my home.
Connecting via the internet was an entirely different story. A complete NIGHTMARE. You practically need to have enough knowledge/skills to work for them as tech support to get it to work. Their support and attitude towards their customers is terrible, to the point where they censored comments on their forum, removed posts altogether, and then blocked my access to their entire site when I started asking about a refund.
Too bad they didn't put half as much effort into helping me as they did into silencing me. I'd strongly advise doing extensive research on their products before buying, and make sure you have an excellent understanding about firewalls, IP addresses, routers, virus protection software, etc. You're gonna need it.

  3. A must for all network and helpdesk administrators Bob Mackay -- September 1 2004, 14.21

Take the leg work out of your day by using a simple and affective tool like Radmin.

Easy to install and understand, it works like magic, I would highly recommend this little program to all in the IT world.
