Publisher’s description

MySportTraining is the premier health & fitness software for Windows Mobile designed to track and improve your health & fitness, and to motivate you to exercise to achieve a healthy lifestyle, at a fraction of the cost of some sports equipment or gym membership. It's a feature-rich fitness application for health-conscious people, sport enthusiasts and athletes. You can track all details of your workouts (cardio and strength) and health, and get motivated to exercise by seeing how much you've done using a week view, a month view, reports and charts (and a lot of them). It's a must for the gym as you can choose from 40 exercises (you can add your own too) and use the muscle chart to help you choose exercises for your workouts. It also synchronizes with VidaOne Diet & Fitness for Windows XP and Vista, so you can see results on your PC too.

Version 5.0 features: new weekly view that shows your workouts for the week along a summary; a 'Personal Best' window that lists your best workouts; simplified exercises and intervals browsing for faster data entry.
