There is nothing much to say about this but in a nutshell...They want you to pay around $20, (its not free)for the bundle. If you decide to take up the offer what you get is 1. a rather poor search tool; 2. A bunch of "bonus" software (eg Lavasoft Adaware), which you can get for free from the vendors anyway. If you want to spend money for a realy good P2P program get Limewire Pro, its leaves K-Lite for dead. If I had one good thing to say it would be that there appears to be no spyware, and thats surprising for such an obvious rip off.
