Publisher’s description

The Bartender is a mixed drink recipe compendium and a whole lot more. From the clear push-button main menu, choose the recipe book and follow the illustrated instructions to make your favorite cocktail or explore new taste territories. Then try the wine organizer to get control over your wine cellar contents. If you aren't sure of the right wine, the wine advisor can cue you on the proper temperature for serving and what foods work well with a particular vintage. For all you brew lovers, there's a beer guide with information about most of the world's beers. You can edit the pick lists to suit your needs and add your own preferences, favorites, and techniques to the recipes, cellar list, or reference sections. This is a well-designed database for amateur or semipro bartenders, with lots of preloaded info and flexibility.
