ZDNet Australia to broadcast from CeBIT 2007

With CeBIT 2007 fast approaching, ZDNet Australia has announced plans to set-up a live news centre on the main exhibition show floor, Stand P64 in Hall 4.

The news centre will provide a centralised facility for our journalists to cover news from the show floor as it happens as they conduct interviews, file stories and blog live. This means our journalists will be able to supercharge the speed at which they provide news and information to our audiences.

The news centre has also been designed to provide exhibitors and attendees at CeBIT with a greater insight into the inner workings of the media, as well as an opportunity to drop in a meet some of the faces behind the stories on ZDNet Australia.

“The live news centre will allow us to really exploit the instantaneous nature of our online presence by allowing us to write and publish stories literally as they happen,” said Ms Fran Foo, Managing Editor, ZDNet Australia.

“Moreover, we’re keen to interact and engage with people at CeBIT and the news centre will provide a greater level of transparency about what we do daily,” she said.

ZDNet Australia invites you to drop in, see us in action and say ‘G’day’’ at our news stand, located at stand P64 in Hall 4.
