The UndaKrust wrote ADSL2+... 700 metres from exchange! Im on ADSL2+ in regional Victoria... Warrambool to be exact. Im only able to get, on average, around 7000 kbps - 10,000 kbps... which seems great but... i live within 700 metres from the exchange!! i was quoted around 18,000 - 20,000 kbps when i signed up! For example, speedtest here shows that i'm getting approx. 3500 - 4000kbps line speed, but my transfer rate for downloads is around 400kbps.
