David Boies, the attorney who represented the government in its antitrust case against Microsoft Corp. (msft), has signed on to defend online music firm Napster, the company said.

David Boies, the attorney who represented the government in its antitrust case against Microsoft Corp. (msft), has signed on to defend online music firm Napster, the company said.
